Hi guys, Coach Russell here! Let me tell you a little about myself.

I started gymnastics at the age of 3 and competed for over a decade to go and become top 20 in the Western United States. With over 13 years of Gymnastics experience and my passion for high intensity workouts, I fell right into CrossFit. I was always in team sports and have always LOVED helping others. I started CrossFit in 2012 and it has been the best decision I have ever made. The Community it brings is more than one could ask for.

In 2010 both my lungs collapsed on two separate occasions. At the end of the multiple surgeries and through the recovery process I lost 25 pounds. With hard work I recovered and learned from the process. CrossFit became my salvation. Now being at the forefront of a gym and getting the opportunity to help people is the best thing I could ask for.

My dream has always been to impact people and help them the best I can, so lets have some fun and get to your goals.

Coach Amy here! Let me tell you guys a little about myself. I was born and raised in the Bay Area and have 4 kiddos . I found CrossFit over 9 years ago and instantly fell in love. Being able to push my body past the point of comfort and gain strength I never thought I could had turned CrossFit and weightlifting into a lifeline. That feeling led me to become a coach so I can help others achieve that feeling as well.

Growing up as a competitive swimmer, triathlete, and distance runner, I have always enjoyed being around a high energy and team atmosphere. The CrossFit community is one of the most supportive communities you can find; pushing each their to be the best athletes we can be. The community for me turned working out from “have to” to “get to” and from “members” to “family.”

My goal is to help all of our members who want to improve their quality of life, technique, sports performance, and overall health through my vast professional knowledge, caring nature, and passion for the sport and members. And lets have some fun doing it!!!
